"The Earbud Training is great. It’s nice to have a structured training plan which the Ear Bud Training Provides. I also enjoy the laid back music.
I also like your commentary, particularly the following: “Balance creates the efficiency, the weight room enhances the power'".

“For the shooting class, it really helped give me some ideas to work on. My blue line slappers have really improved. My shooting practice is normally in my backyard, so I’m not getting much extra work right now off the ice, but I’ll pick it up again in the spring when it warms up. I dropped my flex to a 75 and am experimenting with a new curve (p28 from p88) to see if I can develop a more reliable lift so I can stop hitting those blades between me and the net. I’ll pick this up in earnest in a few months, but the process is really helping me in my on-ice games and practices for now.”
“For the balance class, I’m still doing the early exercises for my weekly public skate time. It’s been really helpful to quickly expose my weak areas.”
“On the balance side, I feel like I’m still so weak at about 1/3 of the early exercises, I haven’t looked at the later stuff yet. I intend to soon and just keep pressing on. I really enjoy having stuff to work on that fits a public skate session where I’m not having to think about speed. I do think it has been impactful in my skating in games.”

"The course has been great. I like how it is broken down in to segments starting with the foundation and adds the building blocks of each step. I played hockey through college and many skills just become habitual so it is kind of hard to explain or teach that skill to someone else, especially younger players. Your course and Youtube videos have helped me understand the process of the skills and enabled me to teach them to the younger players that I coach"
