Policy

Our Commitment to Your Development

At Kellian Hockey, we are dedicated to providing top-quality training resources to help players and coaches succeed on and off the ice. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we offer the following return and refund policies for our digital products and services.

Digital Products (Courses, Videos, Downloadables)

All digital product sales are final due to the immediate access provided upon purchase. However, we want you to feel confident in your investment.

If you believe a course or product did not meet your expectations:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase

  • We may offer store credit or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis

  • To be eligible, you must show proof that you engaged with the content (e.g., course progress, module feedback)

Video Analysis & Coaching Sessions

Due to the personalized nature of our video analysis and one-on-one sessions:

  • No refunds will be issued once a session has been delivered

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed sessions without notice may result in forfeiture of your credit

  • For Camp Cancellations, please visit our Camp Cancellation Policy page

 

Merchandise (Apparel, Gear)

We accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unused physical merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

 Eligible returns must:

  • Be in original condition and packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

 Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
