At Kellian Hockey, we offer both digital and physical products. This policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your purchases.
Digital Products (Courses, Video Analysis, Downloadables)
All digital goods are delivered electronically.
What to Expect:

Immediately after completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If your product includes course access or downloadable materials, they will be available instantly once you're logged in to your account.

If you’ve booked a video analysis or coaching session, instructions for submitting footage or scheduling your session will be included in the confirmation email.

Video Analysis Delivery Time

Standard video analysis is delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving your footage.

Rush delivery options may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Gear, etc.)

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Delivery Issues
