Service Description

Choose Your Training Group Players are grouped by age to create the right environment for learning, confidence, and development. Each session is tailored to match the coordination, pace, and understanding of the group—while still challenging players to improve and take the next step. The goal across all levels is the same: build better hands, develop a quicker release, and grow confidence with the puck through high-repetition, purposeful training. 8U (Ages 7–8) • 1:00 – 2:30 PM This group focuses on building a strong foundation in a fun, engaging environment. Players will develop coordination, basic puck control, and shooting fundamentals while gaining confidence handling the puck. Emphasis is placed on feel, creativity, and making skill development enjoyable so players stay engaged and excited to improve. 10U (Ages 9–10) • 2:30 – 4:00 PM At this stage, players begin to expand their skill set and consistency. Sessions focus on improving puck control at higher speeds, refining shooting mechanics, and introducing deception and decision-making. Players are challenged to execute skills more cleanly while starting to apply them in game-like situations. 12U (Ages 11–12) • 4:30 – 6:00 PM This group is designed for players ready for a faster pace and higher expectations. Training emphasizes quick hands, efficient execution, and the ability to create under pressure. Players will refine their shooting, develop more advanced puck skills, and apply everything in competitive ball hockey play that reinforces real game situations. Each session includes a combination of puck handling, shooting, and competitive gameplay—giving players the opportunity to build skills and immediately apply them in a dynamic, fun environment. Spots are limited within each group to maintain a focused, high-repetition training environment. Once a group is full, registration closes. Memorial Sports Center
