Camp Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for a clinic or summer camp, please be aware of the following policy:

  • Cancellations made prior to 45 days before the start of the clinic or camp will be eligible for a refund of the tuition, with an administration fee of $50.00 per registration deducted.
     

  • ​Cancellations within 45 days of the start date of the clinic or camp will not be eligible for a refund. However, participants will receive a credit for a future program, with an administration fee of $100.00 deducted from the credit amount. Please note that this deduction covers the cost of ordered jerseys.​
     

  • In the unfortunate event that a player cannot attend camp due to injury, we will issue a 100% credit towards a future clinic or camp. Written notification of cancellations is required. For cases of sickness and/or injuries, a doctor's note may be requested.​
     

  • All refund processing will take place in August of the respective year. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

    • Players who do not attend the program (no make-up dates).

    • Players who voluntarily withdraw from the program.

    • Players who are expelled from the program.

    • Players who cancel their registration after the program has commenced.

  • We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which allows us to efficiently manage program logistics and resources. If you have any questions or need to initiate a cancellation, please contact us in writing.
